Terms of service

Note: This English translation is provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the binding one under Spanish law.

Quick summary — DeepFlow Analytics is an analytics tool. We are not a broker, we do not custody funds, we do not automatically execute orders on your behalf without you explicitly configuring it. If you decide to connect your exchange API keys, the operations executed are your sole responsibility.

1 · Acceptance

Access to the platform implies acceptance of these terms, together with the Legal notice and the Privacy policy. The service is provided by Sunset Consulting [legal form — TO COMPLETE], Trade License nº [TO COMPLETE], Dubai, UAE. Full identification is published in the Legal notice.

2 · Invitation-only access

Registration is closed and only happens through team invitation while we evaluate the pre-license with CNMV. If you receive an invitation, we provide you with a personal account. Account transfer to third parties is not allowed.

3 · Nature of the service

DeepFlow Analytics offers:

Aggregated public on-chain data (prices, TVL, transfers, swaps).
Sentiment indicators based on public whale positions.
Automated bots for hedging/grid/copy-trading that you execute with your own API keys on regulated exchanges (Hyperliquid, Bitget).
Aggregation of news and regulatory updates from public sources.

DeepFlow Analytics does not provide investment services within the meaning of art. 140 of Spain's Securities Market Law. It does not custody funds, does not act as transaction counterparty, and does not offer personalized recommendations.

4 · Responsible use of automated bots

Bots execute actions on external exchanges using API keys you voluntarily provide. Before activating any bot you must:

Understand exactly what actions it performs (stop-loss, take-profit, order size).
Use dry-run mode first to validate the behavior.
Restrict the API permissions on the exchange to "trade" (not "withdraw").
Accept that the executed operations are exclusively your responsibility.

5 · Availability and maintenance

The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We perform deployments, scheduled maintenance and respond to incidents with reasonable diligence. We are not responsible for loss of profits, consequential damages or opportunity costs arising from outages or degradations.

6 · Modification and cancellation

We may modify features, suspend the service or cancel accounts that breach these terms. We will notify you by email with reasonable advance notice except in cases of force majeure or security.

7 · Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of competent jurisdiction in Spain.

Resumen rápido — DeepFlow Analytics es una herramienta de análisis. No somos un broker, no custodiamos fondos, no ejecutamos órdenes por ti automáticamente sin que tú lo configures explícitamente. Si decides conectar tus claves API de un exchange, las operaciones que se ejecuten son de tu única responsabilidad.

1 · Aceptación

El acceso a la plataforma supone aceptar estos términos, junto con el Aviso legal y la Política de privacidad. El servicio es prestado por Sunset Consulting [forma jurídica — A CUMPLIMENTAR], Licencia Comercial nº [A CUMPLIMENTAR], Dubái, EAU. La identificación completa se publica en el Aviso legal.

2 · Acceso por invitación

El registro está cerrado y se realiza únicamente mediante invitación del equipo, mientras evaluamos la pre-licencia ante CNMV. Si recibes invitación, te facilitamos un alta nominal. No se permite la cesión de cuentas a terceros.

3 · Naturaleza del servicio

DeepFlow Analytics ofrece:

Datos públicos on-chain agregados (precios, TVL, transferencias, swaps).
Indicadores de sentimiento basados en posiciones públicas de ballenas.
Bots automatizados de gestión de cobertura/grid/copy-trading que ejecutas tú con tus propias claves API en exchanges regulados (Hyperliquid, Bitget).
Agregación de noticias y novedades regulatorias desde fuentes públicas.

DeepFlow Analytics no presta servicios de inversión en el sentido del art. 140 de la Ley del Mercado de Valores. No custodia fondos, no actúa como contraparte de transacciones, y no ofrece recomendaciones personalizadas.

4 · Uso responsable de los bots automatizados

Los bots ejecutan acciones en exchanges externos usando claves API que tú facilitas voluntariamente. Antes de activar cualquier bot debes:

Entender exactamente qué acciones realiza (stop-loss, take-profit, tamaño de orden).
Usar el modo dry-run primero para validar el comportamiento.
Restringir los permisos API en el exchange a "trade" (no "withdraw").
Asumir que las operaciones ejecutadas son exclusivamente bajo tu responsabilidad.

5 · Disponibilidad y mantenimiento

El servicio se presta "tal cual" sin garantía de disponibilidad ininterrumpida. Realizamos despliegues, mantenimientos programados y respondemos a incidentes con la diligencia razonable. No respondemos por lucro cesante, daño emergente o pérdidas de oportunidad derivadas de cortes o degradaciones.

6 · Modificación y cancelación

Podemos modificar funcionalidades, suspender el servicio o cancelar cuentas que incumplan estos términos. Te notificaremos por email con antelación razonable salvo causas de fuerza mayor o seguridad.

7 · Ley aplicable y resolución de conflictos

Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Cualquier disputa se someterá a los Juzgados y Tribunales de la jurisdicción competente en España.
